    The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line five, following the word “authorized”, by striking out the period and inserting a comma and the following:

    “with the following amendments:

    On page 2, subsection 5.1.4., following the word ‘Subsection’, by striking ‘5.1.2.' and inserting in lieu thereof ‘5.1.3.’; and

    On page 2, subsection 5.1.5, following the word ‘Subsection’, by striking ‘5.1.3.’ and inserting in lieu thereof ‘5.1.4.’.”.
